I have been fortunate to spend the last 17 years in the automotive industry, holding a wide range of roles including Sales, Finance, Finance Director, General Manager, and worn many of the other hats that often go unrecognized in dealership operations. After leaving retail due to relocating from Nebraska to Arizona, I spent several years working with a large administrative company. During that time, I gained extensive experience in dealer products, auto finance, P&C insurance, training, and reinsurance. I then joined a smaller agency for a couple additional years, where I learned the key differences between product providers and what they truly have to offer dealers. I also hold a Lifetime Master Certification through AFIP, which reflects my long-standing commitment to compliance and protecting the dealership. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep understanding of dealership operations—from in-store training and product offerings to reinsurance strategies. I approach every relationship as a true partnership, always keeping the dealer’s best interests at heart. With my experience and perspective, there is very little I cannot help a dealership improve or navigate.
